Initial Deep Clean
Entryway 
- High dust in addition to regular dusting.
- Spot clean windows for prints/smudges.
- Spot check doors for smudges, dirt, etc.
- Wipe handles and light switches.
- Wipe baseboards.
- Vacuum – picking up everything including rugs.
- Mop (if hard floors).
- Stage area (straighten shoes, put umbrella in holder, hang coats up on hook, etc).
Kitchen
- High dust in addition to regular dusting.
- Wash fronts of cabinets.
- Wipe counters & backsplash.
- Inside and outside of the microwave.
- Wipe the exterior of appliances.
- Clean out the keurig tray/rinse coffee pot.
- Scrub and rinse out the sink.
- Polish stainless steel.
- Wipe baseboards.
- Empty trash if half full.
- Spot clean windows & sliding doors for prints & smudges.
- Spot check doors for smudges, dirt, etc.
- Wipe handles and light switches.
- Vacuum – including rugs, and picking up rugs to vacuum underneath.
- Mop.
- Stage area.
Refrigerator add-on 
(special request only at time of scheduling!)
- Wipe shelves and walls.
- Remove drawers and wipe under.
- Wipe or wash the drawers inside and out.
- Only wipe out the freezer if defrosted prior to arrival.
Bathrooms
- High dust in addition to regular dusting.
- Wash the front of cabinets.
- Wipe counters.
- Using bartenders keep deep clean and rinse out shower/tub.
- Scrub and rinse sink.
- Soap dispensers/tray.
- Wipe mirrors.
- Toilet (inside and out).
- Spot check doors for smudges, dirt, etc.
- Wipe handles and light switches.
- Wipe baseboards.
- Empty trash.
- Vacuum – including rugs, and picking up rugs to vacuum underneath.

Livingroom
- High dust in addition to regular dusting.
- Vacuum under couch cushions.
- Wipe baseboards.
- Fold throw blankets.
- Fluff couch pillows.
- Spot clean windows & slider for prints & smudges.
- Spot check doors for smudges, dirt, etc.
- Wipe handles and light switches.
- Empty trash.
- Vacuum – including rugs, and picking up rugs to vacuum underneath.
- Mop (if hard floors).
- Tidy/stage area.
Laundry Room 
- High dust in addition to regular dusting (including the outside surfaces of the washer and dryer).
- Spot check doors for smudges, dirt, etc.

Once Over
- Go over all of our work and checklist. Make sure there isn’t anything we missed and touch up any areas that may need it.
- Once we have finished cleaning and done the walk-through, we sign the checklist. and bring it back to the office.
For Ongoing Regular Cleans:
